Bee

I was drawn to Lee because of his academic background and experience in sports coaching. What built into a lasting relationship was his incredible care and expertise. His careful programming got me back lifting near competition weight, something I had struggled with after a shoulder injury.


What I’ve learnt from him is fitness is a journey. My mindset and outlook on exercise and gym has changed considerably from needing to lift as heavy as I possibly can, to understanding what’s best for my overall wellbeing (physical and mental).
